Prerequisite Verification** Before starting, ensure all required setup steps are completed: 1. Create a Template Using MS Word** 1. Go to the PDF Butler Academy and download a **Word template**. ![](https://pdfbutler.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/3-1-300x101.png) 2. Open the document. 3. Identify the data you want to pull from Salesforce. 4. Configure PDF Butler** ### **3.1 Create a Data Source** 1. In Salesforce, navigate to the **Data Sources** tab. 2. Click **New**. 3. Choose the fields you want (e.g., Opportunity ID, Amount, Owner Name, Email). 10. Open a record from the object used in your configuration (e.g., Opportunity). 2. Assign as: - **Org Default** - Select **Desktop and Phone** 10. Return to the record page. 11. You will now see the PDF Butler feature. 12. Edit Data from a Data Source** To modify fields in your data source: 1. Open the **Data Source** record. 2. Click **SOQL Builder**. 3.
