# Field Service Lightning (FSL) – Embedded FORM via FSL App (Preview/Fill/Sign)

The Form can be useful for the following scenarios:

1. Fill a form and capture data
2. Preview a document. In the Form Actionable configuration, the submit button can be hidden. With the right settings, the generated document will display for preview only
3. Sign off via scribble. This is an electronic signature, not a digital signature.
