Use an Actionable to automatically upload your file to SharePoint after generation or after signing via SIGN Butler.
It might be possible that the file sizes exceed SFDC limitations. This Actionable can bypass SFDC limitations like heapsize to copy files from SFDC Files to SharePoint.
The Configuration is exactly the same as for the other Actionable: COLLABORATION Butler – Actionable Upload To SharePoint
But uses a different class. Class to use: cadmus_una.Actionable_SharePointLargeFileUploader
Files generated via PDF Butler and signed via SIGN Butler will not require this Actionable and are better setup with the normal Actionable as this one provides less performance
