5 Dreamforce 2026 Sessions You Can’t Miss

Dreamforce is back in San Francisco September 15 to 17, and with more than 1,200 sessions on the catalog, building an agenda can feel overwhelming. To save you some scrolling, we pulled together five sessions worth blocking out on your calendar, starting with one we’re especially proud of.

1. How Volvo Financial Services Architects Document Automation

Documents touch every business capability, yet they rarely make it into the architecture blueprint. This session breaks down why that gap costs adoption and how to close it.

Our founder Igor Stuyver and our Sales and Operations Director, Luke White will be joined onstage by Sanan Elgaali, Solution Engineer at Volvo Financial Services, and Zach Hall, IT Product Owner at Volvo Financial Services.

Together they will unpack how Volvo Financial Services built document automation into the core of its Salesforce architecture, not as an afterthought bolted on at the end.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of why document automation belongs in the architecture conversation from day one, plus the common pitfalls to avoid when it isn’t treated that way.

When: Thursday, September 17, 12:00 PM to 12:40 PM PDT

Where: Metreon AMC, L3, Theatre 10

Add this session to your agenda.

2. Discover 10 New Flow Features for Admins

If you live in Flow, this one is a must.

Vanessa Grant, Principal Consultant and Founder of Vanessa Grant LLC, teams up with Tom Bassett, Senior Solutions Architect at Vera Solutions, to walk through the top ten Flow enhancements from Summer ’26 with real demos, not just slides.

Expect practical takeaways on building faster, debugging smarter, and folding these new features into enterprise-scale automation without breaking what already works.

When: Two chances to catch it, Tuesday, September 15, 8:30 AM to 8:50 AM PDT, or Thursday, September 17, 1:00 PM to 1:20 PM PDT

Where: Moscone West, L1 Forest, Admin Meadow

Add this session to your agenda.

3. Design Salesforce UX to Improve Data Quality

Data quality starts with screen design. Apply UX principles to build layouts that guide users toward accurate, complete inputs — no code required. Leave with declarative techniques ready to use now.

Talia Johnson, who wears several hats (Account Executive at PDF Butler, Workshop Facilitator, UX Designer, and Community Group Leader) shows how applying UX and cognitive psychology principles can guide users toward accurate, complete input without writing a line of code.

This is a great pick for anyone tired of chasing down incomplete records after the fact. You’ll walk away with declarative techniques you can put to use the same week you get back from San Francisco.

When: Wednesday, September 16, 9:30 AM to 9:50 AM PDT

Where: Moscone West, L2, Trailblazer Theater

Add this session to your agenda.

4. Five Strategies to Accelerate Women’s Careers in Tech

More women are entering tech than ever, but getting in the door is only half the challenge.

Heather Black, CEO of Supermums, shares 5 strategies for turning that entry point into real career growth, from building authority in high-stakes rooms to owning your expertise even when you don’t fit the traditional image of “the expert.”

Whether you’re early in your Salesforce career or mentoring someone who is, this session offers a practical plan you can act on right away.

When: Tuesday, September 15, 2:30 PM to 2:50 PM PDT

Where: Moscone West, L2, Trailblazer Theater

 5. Architect Keynote: Architecture for the Agentic Future

See where enterprise architecture is headed, straight from the people building it.

This keynote brings together a lineup of Salesforce architects and evangelists, including Tim Breeden, Leo Tran, Shelly Sousa, Miriam McCabe, and Lilith Van Biesen, alongside Daniel Stange, CTO of DIA Digital Consulting GmbH, to show how Claudeforce and the latest Salesforce innovations help architects unlock, scale, and govern the Agentic Enterprise.

Expect a walkthrough of the Well-Architected Framework applied to a trusted, connected foundation, plus a look at how to design for control, visibility, and scalability as more of the enterprise runs on AIforce.

When: Wednesday, September 16, 12:40 PM to 1:30 PM PDT

Where: Moscone South, LL, Keynote, Hall A

Add this session to your agenda.

See You There

Five sessions, five different angles on where Salesforce is headed: architecture, automation, UX, career growth, and trust in an agentic world.

And while you’re building out your agenda, swing by and say hello. You’ll find the PDF Butler team at Booth #1 in the Trailblazer Forest all three days. We’d love to talk about documents, automation and meet you in person.
