- Major Update – Salesforce Security Update: We are now fully compliant with Salesforce’s new security updates. Our team worked hard to ensure that all our products meet the new security requirements. We strongly recommend updating to the latest version of the packages.
- New Feature – Eval Form Field V2 Config Type: We have introduced a new Config Type that allows you to perform basic mathematical operations in PDFs, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. This is recommended for PDFs with Form Fields that need to display dynamic values such as quantities, amounts, partial totals, or totals. A great example is Dynamic Quotes. The release will happen progressively across our different regions. A separate blog post with the documentation will be published on our website and in our Academy.
- New Feature – Support Slide Repeater within a Section Repeater on a PPTX Doc Config: We have continued improving our PPTX processor to support Slide Repeaters within a Section Repeater. This allows you to generate slides from parent-child record relationships in PowerPoint without any issues.
- New Feature – Support Override DOCX for the Document Editor: Our brand-new Document Editor now includes a new functionality for documents containing Form Fields. You can edit the content of the document while maintaining the integrity of the Form Fields and their relationship with your Salesforce API fields. - Improvement – Form Field Font Families: We improved how font families are handled for Form Fields. By default, we will use five font families: Courier, Helvetica, Times, Symbol, and Special Families. The system will automatically select the most similar font based on the font selected by the user. This applies only to Form Fields.
- Fix – Non-Admin Data Retrieval: Fixed a known issue affecting data retrieval for non-admin users.

- New Feature – Support for New AES & QES Signing Method (Evrotrust): This new signing method allows users to verify their identity using an ID card or passport issued by their country’s government. The list of supported countries covers nearly all of Europe, as well as parts of Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania. The deployment will take place progressively across our different regions by mid-August. Please contact your Account Executive for more details.
- New Feature – Automatic Signing: We now support automatically signing documents on behalf of your own company. This is recommended for certifying (signing) documents generated in bulk, such as invoices, letters, or bank statements, without human interaction. Please contact your Account Executive to discuss your use case.
- Improvement – Signing Screen: We made a minor UI improvement. When signing a document, the signature image is now applied immediately to the PDF in the Signing Screen.
- Improvement – Academy Translations: We updated our translation files in the Academy. Please verify the new files here.
- Fix – Duplicate Sign Method Text: Fixed a small issue causing duplicate signing method text to appear in the audit trail.
- Fix – Signing Method Permissions: Fixed a small issue related to signing method permissions.
- Fix – Email Attachments for Signers: Fixed a small issue with the feature that attaches the files to be signed to the email sent to each signer.

- Improvement – Web Forms Branding: We made a change to how branding is handled in Web Forms. Branding is now fully controlled from the Builder side within each Doc Config. You will find a dedicated panel under the General Options.
- Fix – Email Component: We applied a fix to the email component in the Builder, improving the Builder’s performance.
- Fix – Lookup Component: Fixed a small issue with the Lookup component in the Builder.
- Fix – Translation Labels: Fixed a small issue related to Translation Labels.
- Fix – Read-Only Components: Fixed a small issue related to Read-Only components.
- Important – AgentExchange Listing: We are preparing to list this app on AgentExchange, which means development will be frozen for a few weeks. This is a mandatory step in the listing process. Our team will continue working behind the scenes to prepare a major update once the listing process is complete.

Contract Lifecycle Management (CONTRACT Butler)
New Feature – Clause Rules: We have developed a new UI interface for setting rules for the Clause Library. You can now decide which clauses should be used in which templates based on values coming from a Salesforce record.
For example, if you apply a specific clause for a particular jurisdiction and the customer belongs to that jurisdiction, CONTRACT Butler will automatically select the relevant clause from the Clause Library and add it to the contract.
The best part of this update is that no technical knowledge is required. Clause Rules were designed with non-technical users in mind, making it easier to manage and automate clause selection.
