For Admins:
- The creation of the e-Invoice is handled as a DocConfig in PDF Butler
- The Admin can choose if they want a PDF and an e-Invoice or only an e-Invoice
- Receiving of e-Invoices can be disabled by the Admin if the company does not want to receive invoices via SFDC
- Use all existing Salesforce & PDF Butler automation (Flow, Batch, Apex) to trigger e-Invoice creation and delivery
- Control permissions and reporting to ensure security and compliance
For End Users:
- Trigger e-Invoice creation directly from Salesforce
- Review invoice status in real time
- Generate credit notes, reject invoices if needed
- Build reports on outgoing and incoming e-invoices
- Optionally access a dedicated UI to manage all e-invoices outside Salesforce
