Why did they start looking for an alternative? 

Before PDF Butler, the team was using one of the most well-known document generation solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem. While it worked in the beginning, limitations became more apparent over time. 

“Support wasn’t super helpful. It was taking a while to generate the documents,” Davis explains. “And as we wanted to add automations… it was going to cost us extra money.”

“It’s definitely a lot quicker for our teams to generate the reports they need.” 

Manual steps that once slowed the team down are now eliminated. 

“We weren’t having to generate the reports and then go in and edit them or add things manually ourselves.” 

Even without exact metrics, the improvement is clear. 

“We went from taking several minutes to run one report to being able to run multiple within a couple of seconds.”

“The support team was awesome. Whenever we’ve had issues or questions, they’ve been super responsive and helpful.”
