As Łukasz explains, “We also do a lot of technical work around Salesforce — like integrations — and we build our own apps on Salesforce, such as Properto, our real estate CRM.”  

Why PDF Butler?  

Before working with PDF Butler, Wavy Apps relied on a local document generation solution in Poland. But as their customers’ needs evolved, they started looking for something more powerful and flexible.  

“We had experience with one document generation solution… but for one of the customers, we started exploring what other options were on the AppExchange. We came across PDF Butler, installed it, and said, this looks great, we should test it.” Łukasz recalls.   

That first project was a success. Since then, Wavy Apps has adopted PDF Butler as the default document automation tool for their real estate industry solution, making it part of their standard implementation for new Salesforce customers.  

“Most of the customers are new to Salesforce, so they rely on our recommendation,” said Łukasz. “Once they trust us, we bundle PDF Butler as part of the solution. It saves us time convincing customers to buy separate tools, and it means we’re fully committed to making this partnership work..  

Successful Projects Together  

One of the first customers to migrate to PDF Butler was Vantage Rent 

“It wasn’t easy because there was additional work on both sides to transfer all the documents,” said Łukasz. “But our recommendation was enough to convince them.” Since adopting PDF Butler, Vantage continues to expand their use:  

“They keep adding users.” shared Ivonne Sarmiento from our team. “That’s how we know it’s working.” 

Another key win was helping a customer switch from a planned Microsoft CRM implementation back to Salesforce and adopt PDF Butler for their document generation needs.

“Document generation is really core,” explained Łukasz. “Our clients often renegotiate contracts and need to sign addendums with their customers. Being able to create and track those documents inside Salesforce is key.”
