September Release Notes: New Features and Technical Improvements

This month, we’re excited to roll out several updates and new features across our product suite, making it even easier to streamline your document generation, collaboration, and signing workflows.  

Here’s a quick overview of what’s new: 

PDF Butler 

  • Fix: Black space issue in Rich Text – When a PPTX Doc Config is generated, now doesn’t have a conflict with the   characters in Rich text fields Config Type
  • Technical Improvement: Third-Party Cookies Policy – We’ve improved our handling of cookies for mass volume, with no action needed on your end.
  • Feature: Clean Merge Fields for Users – Admins can now easily see merge fields names without [! !] (At the autocomplete list).
  • Feature: Link Config Type Child Types for Excel Docs – When you are creating an Excel Doc Config, and you want to assign a Link Config Type, now you can select two types: Single (It keeps the current functionality) and Paragraph (Allows to the user set text with a hyperlink to a URL). 

COLLABORATION Butler 

  • Feature: Retrieve Columns from Sharepoint to Collaboration Butler: Now, it is possible to retrieve all the custom columns and values from Sharepoint to Collaboration Butler, via APEX using this method MsGraphContent  

SIGN Butler V2 

  • Fix: Japanese Character Display Issue – We resolved issues with Japanese character display in documents. 
  • Feature: Japanese Stamp Signing Method – Users can now sign documents using a traditional Japanese stamp. 
  • Feature: Forwarding Documents to Manual Signing – Easily forward documents to Manual Signing V2 with all placeholders and form fields intact. 
  • Feature: In-Person Manual Signing – “In-Person” signers will now be directed to the signing page first, improving the flow for multi-signer documents. 
  • Fix: Resizing Items in Manual Signing V2 – All items now appear in their correct positions.
