If you want to send multiple and large files via email from COLLABORATION Butler component, then you can hit Salesforce limits very easily.
The COLLABORATION Butler Email Composer will allow:
- Pre-define the email body, subject and recipients
- Change the email body, subject and recipients
- Add files from SharePoint, Salesforce and your local pc
- Emails will be send from O365 to bypass Salesforce limits
For the Config, you have to make sure you have the following:
- Have the “Mail.Send” delegated permission on the App Registration in Azure (O365)
- Have “Allow Mail Send” checked in the COLLABORATION Admin
- Create a pack with Email Quick Action: Actionable EMAIL Quick Action – PDF Butler
