COLLABORATION Butler – Working with Teams, Channels and O365 Guest Users

In the case of sharing your Files from a Channel in a MS Teams, you can follow the below.
You can for instance create a Team for each company and add contacts (as O365 guest users) to that Team/Channel to share and collaborate with your customers or partners.

Obviously, the creation of Teams and Channels and adding members is not only for Guest users but also for licensed O365 users.

API calls to create Teams, Channels and O365 Guest Users:

• Invite Guest: Academy
• Create Team: Academy
• Create Channel: Academy
• Add Member to Team: Academy
•  Add Member to Channel: Academy

In your COLLABORATION Butler component, you can use the URL for SharePoint as each Teams Channel will have a specific SharePoint site:

1. Open the Files section in MS Teams
2. Click “Open in SharePoint”
3. Use the URL from the Site and Document Library
