From editing documents after generation to managing contract renewals and improving signing workflows, these enhancements are built to reduce friction and help your teams move faster.

Document & Batch Generation (PDF Butler)

- Document Editor (New Feature): Make quick edits to documents after generation, before sending. This is designed for small changes or customizations that you want to introduce without modifying the document template. No technical skills required, just generate, make the change, and send. Read more.
- Merge Fields in Headers & Footers (New Feature): Add multiple merge fields in headers and footers within Document v3 Config Types, even across multiple configs in the same document setup.
- Spellout Enhancement (Improvement): Amounts with decimals are now fully supported.
Digital Signature (SIGN Butler v2)

- Signing Page UI Improvements (New Feature): A cleaner signing experience with grouped secondary actions (Reject, Reassign, Close Session, Download) and a new option to print PDFs.
- Send Unsigned Document (New Feature): Automatically include the unsigned document as an attachment when sending sign requests.
- Manual Signing Scale (Improvement): Manual Signing V2 Now supports up to 20 signers (requires new package installation).
Document Management & Collaboration (COLLABORATION Butler)

- Improvement – We improved the Directory Change control to have better performance.
- Fix – We did a fix on the automatic generation of dynamic folders and subfolders. Now it is working as expected
- Fix – We did a fix for the previewer; now it is working as expected.
Contract Lifecycle Management (CONTRACT Butler)
- Renewal Module (New Feature): We added a Renewal module, where you can initiate the renewal process, set reminders, frequencies, and dates, and make changes to the contract following the approval process.
