Web forms provide Address element that enables to capture address information. Below are the settings you see after adding Address element to the web form. Address element will have Street(Text area element), City(Text element), State(Text element), Zip/Postal Code(Text element), Country(Text element). Each of these elements can be mapped to Salesforce Address fields.
General
- Group label : Label of the Address element you wish to display in web form.
Condition
- Hide if : If you need to hide your Address field under certain conditions, then you can mention such conditions in Hide if editor of Address form element.
Layout

- Columns : By default, this is Auto, meaning that you divide the form based on the number of form elements you add in a single row. You can change it according to your business needs, so that you divide the form into the number of columns mentioned here.
Appearance
- Show outline : If enabled, outline is added for the Address element.
