SIGN Butler V2 – Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)

ItsMe

Prerequisites:

• Have a contract signed to allow ItsMe
• Have the ItsMe license enabled by the support team
• Every signer must register on the ItsMe app before signing the document.

Setup:

1. On the “Sign method” Global Value Set, have the option “Itsme” activated
2. Create a SIGN Request Template with a signer that uses Sign method “Itsme”

Use Cases and Limitations:

• When we use ItsMe, it supports only a single placeholder (Per Signer).
• ItsMe is supported for a single document.
• ItsMe is supported when it is enabled and there aren’t form fields.
• When ItsMe is enabled, initials are NOT supported.
