SIGN Butler will log the Email that is sent automatically to the SIGN Request record and to the Contact/Lead. In some cases, you do not want to see the body of the Email or have no Activity logged at all.
This can be easily configured in the SIGN Request Template:
- DEFAULT (or Empty) – normal SIGN Butler behavior
- NONE – no activity logged
- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT – activity logged, but not the body of the email
