We can generate a Word template that includes and embedded Fonts. PDF Butler only supports .ttf fonts!
Please contact your PDF Butler Account Manager for this feature to be enabled.
Once this is enabled, PDF Butler will automatically generate the document with the embedded fonts.
To embed the fonts in the documents, you need to enable this option on the template (Word File).
Note: The DOCX template will be very big with embedded fonts . Make sure to keep in mind the size of the template so that Salesforce limits should not be hit.
Beware for the following when requesting embedded fonts:
1) Fonts of type OTF are NOT supported. Check with your font supplier on how convert OTF to TTF
2) Fonts with variations are not supported. This is a recently new font type that combines regular, bold, italic, … into one font.
3) Fonts with only “TrueType Outlines” are not supported
