Following fields are available:
- CreatedAt: Date and time the request was done
- DocumentConfigName: Can be empty, but if the action is from PDF Butler it will have the name of the DocConfig
- CustomerDocumentConfigId: Can be empty, but if the action is from PDF Butler it will have the Customer DocConfig Id
- Month: Month of the extract
- Stage: The Stage for which the request was done eg TEST or PROD. More info on Stages can be found here:Â Deployment – Agile Project Development
- SalesforceUserId: The Id of the Salesforce user that started the request
- ActionName: the Action requested. Most of them are self-explaining. Here a few popular ones
- MAIN_DOC_CONFIG: change made to a DocConfig
- CONVERT_DOC_CONFIG: document generated
- FP_SUBMIT: FORM Butler form submit
- EMAIL_SIGN: SIGN Butler sign request opened from an email
- SIGN_EMAIL_SIGN: SIGN Butler stakeholder signed the request while opening from an email
- DONE_FINISHED: SIGN Butler all stakeholders signed
- PEPPOL_V1_INVOICE_INIT: PEPPOL invoice sent
- UsageType: more info on how the request was initiated
- NORMAL_PDFB: User clicked a button to generate a document
- NORMAL_ASYNC: Async request, eg via flow
- DocSize: Size of the document in bytes
- GenerationTime: Time of the request in milliseconds
- ExportFormat: eg PDF, DOCX
- RequestPayloadSize: size of the data of the request (so the data required to generate the document)
